The fully automatic collar type form fill and sealing machine is an intermittent machine designed for the efficient packaging of product in seal pouches utpo 1kg.
Ease of operation and maintenance. It can be synchronized with any automatic weighing / filling system and is suitable for product like powders and granules viz. Cornflakes, chips, rice, flour, salt, sugar, mehndi, ready to eat snacks etc.
The machine is suitable for all type of heat salable laminated films such as polyester polythene laminated film, aluminium foil, BOPP etc.
Impulse heat sealing system can also be provide for salable virgin films.
The machine is versatile and can be easily changed over from one pouch size to another.
All contact parts are made up of food grade stainless steel SS 304/316.
Pouch repeat can easily be adjusted from 25mm - 30mm.
This machine can be incorporated with hot foil coding device to print information's such as PKD, MRP, B.N. etc.
